Main objective of this system is to reduce the head ache of school officials into zero level with related to the tour. By providing all information well in advance and live, which will lead the parents and the concerned into a tension free status, which will increase the dependability and the reputation of the institution.
We add contact numbers of parents and school officials to our Tour information system. (TIS). This system will be controlled and managed by our office concerned only. Once updated the numbers, we will send detailed information of the tour to all members well in advance which includes
Before two days of departure, will send the following details to the members
One day before the departure will send the reconfirmed/updated above details to the members.
Updated status on time through Status Information System(SIS). We will send the updated main informations to the members on time during the trip like
