* Vehicle and chauffeur details will also be send to the concerned number.

In such cases dreams holidays is not liable for any kind of refunding of amount or to allot extra time and kilometer to cover such locations. No compensation will be given.
* Responsibility of your personnel belongings limited with you only. Any kind of loss or theft, dreams holidays will not be responsible in any way.
* Service invoice with tax will be generated as per the guest choice, details should be provided as required.
* Dreams holidays is fully responsible to provide vehicle with good running condition and all documents updated.
* Regarding vehicles, certain cases are beyond our control like break down, failure of electrical equipment, air conditioner, music and video systems. In such unexpected cases, dreams holidays is not liable for any kind of compensation. Guest has the full right to ensure the working condition of such equipment before start the journey.
* Ac systems may not work properly in hilly areas.
* Dreams holidays is responsible to ensure the service quality. Any kind of service failure in genuine mode which will be rectified as early as possible.
* Guest should follow and obey the travel tips and instructions provided by dreams holidays and the concerned authority in each locations.
